Transactions Ledger

The Transactions screen shows wallet transaction history and optional document matching.

How data appears​

  1. Select a wallet from the wallet selector
  2. Zeno loads transactions for this wallet
  3. You can filter by search and match status

If no wallet is selected or connector data is unavailable, the table remains empty until scope is set.

Match statuses​

  • Matched: transaction has a confident document link
  • Ambiguous: a low-confidence candidate exists and needs review
  • Unmatched: no linked document found
  • All: full list without status filtering

Important behavior​

  • Zeno does not auto-confirm accounting matches
  • Suggestions are assistive only
  • Final review remains manual

KPIs shown on screen​

Typical indicators include:

  • Total transactions in current wallet scope
  • Matched / ambiguous / unmatched counts
  • Currency mix and net flow snapshot
  • Last sync timestamp

Troubleshooting​

  • If transactions are missing, verify wallet is enabled in Wallets
  • If the screen shows stale data, reselect wallet or refresh source
  • If API access is unavailable, confirm environment is not in service-offline mode
