Exports are generated from reviewed/registered data and are intended for accounting and compliance handoffs.
Available export actions
Depending on screen context, you can export to:
- CSV
- Excel
- Google Sheets
Source scope
Exports reflect current validated scope:
- document preview export (document-level)
- registry/export scope (period-level)
- audit export scope (event-level)
Sharing guidance
- Share only with approved recipients
- Preserve period context in filename
- Keep exported snapshots for audit continuity
Security notes
- Export does not grant extra permissions by itself
- Access to original documents still follows role and connector policies
