Zeno CY is currently in pilot. There is one person on the other side of every email — the founder. No support tiers, no chatbot queues, no ticket numbers.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered in the docs. A quick check often saves a round trip:
- Use the search bar at the top of this page.
- Skim the FAQ — the common ones live there.
- Look for the
?icon next to a feature inside the Zeno Console — that opens a page in these docs scoped to what you are looking at. - Read the error message carefully. Many errors carry a link straight into the Errors & Troubleshooting page.

This is the only contact channel during the pilot. It goes to my personal inbox.
I read every message and reply within a working day during the Cyprus business week. Weekends are quieter — please budget a longer wait.
What helps me reply faster
A few lines of context save a back-and-forth round trip:
- What you were doing — which screen, which document, which step.
- What you expected to happen vs what actually happened.
- The exact error message if there was one. A screenshot helps more than describing it.
- Your browser and OS — Chrome / Safari / Firefox on macOS / Windows / Linux.
- What you have already tried so I do not suggest the same thing back to you.
A worked example:
I tried to upload a PDF invoice (2 MB) on
Documents. The preview shows "Processing incomplete" and the reparse buttons stay disabled. Reconnecting the folder did not help. Safari 17 on macOS Sonoma.
That single paragraph is enough for me to start.
What not to send
For your own security, please do not include:
- Passwords or recovery phrases.
- API keys or access tokens.
- Full bank statements or unredacted financial records.
If I genuinely need to see a sensitive piece of data, I will ask for it through a secure channel — never as an attachment to a normal email.
Pilot feedback
Feedback during the pilot is the most valuable thing you can send me. There is no separate form or tracking tool. The same email works for:
- Bug reports.
- Feature requests.
- "This part of the documentation is confusing."
- "This part of the product is doing the wrong thing."
I read every note. Recurring patterns drive the roadmap directly.
What I will not do
For honesty:
- I am not a lawyer or a tax advisor. Compliance, tax, and accounting decisions stay with you.
- I will not make changes to your workspace data without explicit permission from you.
- I will not share your information or documents with any third party.
When I am away
If you do not see a reply within two working days, please resend the message in the same thread. Email filters occasionally hide things, and a nudge helps.
