In-product help links
Zeno CY uses stable help_key identifiers to link UI elements and error messages to this documentation site. When you click the ? icon next to a field or read an error, the link knows which page and which anchor to open.
How it works
- You click the
?next to a field, or an error shows a help link. - The product resolves a
help_keyto a docs URL plus a section anchor. - The docs page opens directly on the relevant section.
Because the mapping is stable, links can be saved, shared, and quoted in support emails without going stale.
What gets linked from the app
Help links are most commonly attached to:
- folder selection and connector consent steps,
- processing and reparse errors,
- VAT non-final states,
- permission-denied actions,
- billing-required restrictions.
If a link opens the wrong section
- Copy the full URL from the new tab.
- Send it directly to me with a short description of what you were doing.
- Include the
request_idif the error message shows one — it makes the trace much easier on my side.
