Upload Documents

Documents can enter Zeno through local selection or connected sources.

Input modes​

Manual / local folder mode​

  • Choose a local folder
  • Scan and ingest files from your selected source
  • Use Change folder to switch scope

Google Drive connector mode​

  • Grant consent
  • Bind a specific folder (root is not allowed)
  • New files from bound folder are indexed for processing

Supported source quality​

Best results come from:

  • readable PDF invoices/receipts
  • clear images with high contrast
  • one logical document per file where possible

After upload​

  1. File is discovered
  2. Parse starts
  3. Extracted fields appear in preview
  4. User runs review/register workflow

Common upload blockers​

  • unsupported/corrupted source
  • lost folder permission
  • stale connector consent
  • unavailable source handle (local session expired)
