Does Zeno auto-confirm documents?
No. Registration/review decisions remain manual.
Wallets and transactions
Why does Wallets show "service offline"?
This environment does not have a live wallet connector backend. If demo mode is enabled, deterministic sample data is used.
Are private keys ever required?
No. Do not enter private keys or recovery phrases.
Audit access
Why do I see "Access to the audit log is restricted"?
Your role is outside the current audit scope. Access is typically for owner, admin, auditor.
Can I still export data without audit access?
Yes, depending on your role and workflow scope (documents/registry/billing exports).
Billing and limits
What happens when subscription is restricted?
If plan state is Past due or Blocked, some actions can be limited until billing is restored.
Where do I change plan and credits?
Open Billing, Plans & VAT.

Why does "Open source" say "Source link unavailable"?
Source binding is not currently resolvable. Reconnect folder binding, then retry.
Why does Safari not open local folders directly?
Safari session mode does not allow direct local-folder path opening from web UI. Use reconnect flow via Change folder.
VAT statuses
What is the difference between Unknown and Not determined?
Both mean VAT check is non-final in this run.
Not determined usually reflects policy/feature-flag or parser certainty constraints.
